International Men's Day (IMD) is a global awareness day for many issues that men face today including men's health. Celebrated annually on the 19th November it is also an occasion to celebrate men's lives achievements and in particular their contributions to society and the community.
On this tour you will learn about men from all walks of life from Liverpool's past who faced issues that are now better understood and appreciated. You will hear that despite the challenges they were able to contribute to the communities around them and leave an inspirational legacy that has touched not just the Liverpool area but much wider afield too.
Through this tour you will also help to raise money froa local charity called 'Sean's Place' that offers mental health and support for men in Sefton and Liverpool.
Tour commences at Liverpool Cathedral and ends at St John's Garden.
