About this Event
Welcome to Inside Your Neighbourhood: Shoreditch Park & City! Join us at the Lawson Practice for an experiential workshop for health and social care staff working within the Shoreditch Park & City Neighbourhood footprint.
The workshop offer staff a chance to meet and talk with residents, learn about the local area and the neighbourhood model, and discover the role of the voluntary sector in supporting improved health and wellbeing.
Staff will take part in a community activity with residents followed by group reflection and learning. By the end of the session, those attending should have a better understanding of what voluntary sector services exist in their area, and how to refer patients into them.
