Inside your Anxiety: An Intro to Internal Family Systems
This workshop is provided and led by Jonathan Hers, RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor). Our staff can try to submit the cost for direct billing and, if direct billing is unavailable, we can provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to private extended health plans.

In this experiential workshop, you’ll be introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS), a widely respected therapeutic approach that understands the mind as made up of different “parts” - including the ones that feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
- Understand what your anxiety is trying to do for you
- Shift your relationship to anxious thoughts and sensations
- Build more compassion and clarity in moments of stress
Our goal for this workshop is that you leave with a strong knowledge of IFS.
Whether your anxiety shows up as overthinking, tension in the body, or a constant sense of pressure, this workshop offers a grounded, practical starting point for working with it - not against it.
Max 10 participants to keep the space intimate and supportive.
