260 Days tells the true story of a ten‑year‑old boy whose childhood is destroyed by war in Dalj, near Vukovar, during the 1990's. Captured and imprisoned for 260 days, he endures unimaginable brutality during the earliest months of the conflict. Set in the same region and time as the siege of Vukovar, the film reveals the civilian cost of war through a child’s eyes. It is a powerful testament to survival and remembrance.
The United Croats of Canada, King Tomislav will be showing the film with special guest Jakov Sedlar (director) in attendance. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly to the filmmaker.
