About this Event
Inside Out: Understanding Your Mental Wellbeing is a relaxed, interactive session designed to help you better understand your mental wellbeing and build practical strategies to manage stress during university life. It’s a supportive, honest space to explore what it really means to look after yourself while balancing study and future plans.
Join us to:
• Hear guest speakers share real experiences and insights on managing stress and maintaining balance
• Take part in a guided discussion and ask your questions in an open, supportive environment
• Engage in a simple, practical wellbeing activity you can apply in your daily life
Our speakers will share what navigating pressure, setbacks, and self-doubt can look like, along with strategies for building resilience, maintaining balance, and knowing when to seek support.
We’ll finish with a short, reflective activity designed to help you check in with yourself, connect with others, and walk away with practical tools you can use beyond the session.
