Course Overview

Innovation & Design Thinking Lab is designed to equip professionals with practical tools and frameworks to foster creativity, solve complex problems, and design user-centered solutions. The program emphasizes understanding the design thinking process, ideation techniques, and experimentation to drive innovation in organizations.

Info: Understanding the value of innovation in organizations and the role of design thinking in creating user- centered solutions. Participants will explore how structured creativity drives competitive advantage.


Empathy & User Research

Info: Learning how to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through observation, interviews, and surveys. Participants will gain practical skills to uncover hidden insights that guide solution development.


Problem Deflnition & Framing

Info: Techniques to define challenges clearly and focus efforts on high-impact problems. Learners will explore problem statements, how-to questions, and criteria for success.


Ideation & Creative Thinking Techniques

Prototyping & Experimentation
