Then join us in the 14th edition of Innovation Labs Hackathon on the 21-22 March!This year the Innovation Labs Hackathon will take place in the ETTI of the POLITEHNICA Bucharest National University for Science and Technology. Through the 30-hour hackathon, Innovation Labs is kicking off this year's mentorship program for students and young professionals, lasting from March to May. The program aims to develop the best business ideas and constantly improve technology components.
What happens during the hackathon?
You pitch your idea in 1 minute in front of the jury & audience.
You inspire the audience, find team members, and build your prototype all night long.
Finally, you pitch your prototype the next day in front of the jury and keep your fingers crossed to be one of the selected teams to enter the mentorship program.
And this edition comes with an exciting opportunity: Early Game Ventures will invest €500,000 in one of the participating teams at Innovation Labs 2026! 🎈 Participation Fee:
Early bird: 25 lei per person, until 13th of March
Regular: 50 lei per person, until 18th of March
The pitching part of the event will be conducted in English, offering an excellent opportunity to practice presentations in an international context.

Innovation Labs 2026 is an educational program organized in Bucharest by the Tech Lounge Association, with national reach through its regional partners: Cluj Startups Association in Cluj-Napoca; SAS UAIC and SAS TUIASI in Iași; SAS UPT and SAS UVT in Timișoara; SAS UNITBV Venture in Brașov; Ovidius Innovation Center in Constanța; and EduHub together with Sibiu IT Cluster in Sibiu.
Teams selected for the 10-week mentorship program will benefit from the support of Innovation Labs’ main partners: BRD – Groupe Société Générale, Orange Romania, Eviden, and eMAG. Strategic partners include the Romanian-American Foundation, National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, and Early Game Ventures, in collaboration with UEFISCDI.
The companies Adobe Romania, Keysight Technologies, NXP Semiconductors Romania, Stripe Romania, Eximprod Grup, Arctic Stream, PentestTools, Regnology, Tendersight, and Genezio in Bucharest, as well as Wolfpack Digital and RebelDot in Cluj-Napoca, will also contribute mentors, jury members, and essential support for the teams in the program.
