🔹️თითოეულ სესიაზე გაჩვენებთ პრეზენტაციას, სადაც თვალნათლივ დავინახავთ, თუ როდის და როგორ „ვუთმობთ“ ჩვენს ძალაუფლებას სხვებს. შემდეგ ვიმუშავებთ წყვილებში და გავუზიარებთ ერთმანეთს, თუ როგორ გვეხება პიროვნულად ეს ჩვენ და როგორ აისახება ჩვენს ცხოვრებაზე. ამის შემდეგ ვიმუშავებთ თერაპიულ სტრუქტურაში, რომელიც დაგვეხმარება ამ საკითხის გადაწყვეტასა და კორექტირებაში. ვორქშოფის შემდეგ უკეთ იგრძნობთ საკუთარ პიროვნულ ძალასა და ძალაუფლებას, რაც მოგცემთ საკუთარი სიცოხლის კონტროლის საშუალებას.

პარასკევს - 19:00 - 21:30;
შაბათი და კვირა 11:00 - 18:00;
💧 დამსწრეების მაქსიმალური რაოდენობაა: 16 ადამიანი.
ვორქშოფის ღირებულება:
3 დღე - 460 ლარი;
მხოლოდ პარასკევი - 90 ლარი;
შესაძლებელია თანხის ორ ნაწილად გადახდა. პირველი ნაწილი გადახდა - 15 აპრილამდე, მეორე ნაწილის - ვორქშოფამდე ერთი კვირით ადრე.
25 აპრილამდე რეგისტრაციის გაუქმების შემთხვევაში დაგიბრუნდებათ ჩარიცხული თანხა 50 ლარის, ადმინისტრაციული ხარჯის, გამოკლებით.
🌱 სამი დღით ადრე რეგისტრაციის გაუქმების შემთხვევაში თანხა უკან არ დაბრუნდება.

🍃 Personal power is the foundation of all relationships. If you don't realize this, you most likely cannot control the situation and someone else is doing it for you. Personal power comes from the word - "No!" It is this very word that protects us and helps us set boundaries. When we say "no" with confidence and full clarity, we feel a stronger inner strength, safety, and we become more open to life. Expressing our opinion boldly becomes difficult when our "no" is weak, or when we are driven by social pressure.
On the first weekend of May, we will work on how to regain control over our own lives.
💦 On May 1, 2, 3 at Lumos, we invite you to a three-day series of body-oriented therapeutic workshops led by the famous British body-oriented therapist, Devaraj Sandberg.
Devi has been leading intensive therapeutic workshops around the world for over 20 years and is the author of books on body-oriented therapy.

🔹 At each session, we will show you a presentation where we will clearly see when and how we "give up" our power to others. Then we will work in pairs and share with each other how this affects us personally and how it reflects on our lives. After that, we will work in a therapeutic structure that will help us resolve and correct this issue. After the workshop, you will better feel your personal strength and power, which will give you the means to control your own life.
🤲 Please note that sessions may be emotionally intense and confrontational at some moments. Therefore, please ensure that you have the appropriate readiness for this.
🌱 The workshop will be conducted in simple, conversational English, without technical terminology, so basic knowledge of English is sufficient to participate in the workshop.

Saturday and Sunday 11:00 - 18:00;

16 people.
Workshop cost:
3 days - 460 GEL;
Friday only - 90 GEL;
It is possible to split the payment into two parts. The first part must be transferred by April 15, the second part one week before the start.
In case of cancellation before April 25, the transferred amount will be returned minus 50 GEL, the administration fee.
