A restorative session for anyone who needs to switch off — yin, calming breathwork & yoga nidra to guide your nervous system into deep rest.
About this Event

This experience is an invitation to slow down, come back to your body, and let yourself truly rest through an intentionally sequenced journey that supports your nervous system.

If you've been carrying a lot lately, running on empty, or lying awake with a mind that won't quiet — this session is for you.

What we'll move through together

We begin with a slow, supported yin practice — long, supported holds that invite your body to soften and release tension stored deep in the connective tissues. Just you, your breath, and permission to soften.

From there, we move into a calming immersive breathwork sequence — gentle, intentional techniques that signal safety to your nervous system and guide you out of the stress cycle, allowing your mind and body to settle and relax.

We close with a yoga nidra / NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) segment — a mindful practice that brings you to the edge of sleep while keeping you gently conscious supporting deep rest.

You'll leave feeling lighter and more relaxed than when you arrived.

This is for you if:

  • You're exhausted but can't seem to switch off
  • You want to release stress and tension in your body
  • You're craving something restorative that works at a deeper level than a regular class
  • You're new to breathwork or nidra (guided rest) and want a gentle, guided introduction

What to bring

  • Yoga mats are available - you can bring your own if you wish for your comfort
  • A cosy blanket (optional)
  • A pillow or cushion for extra comfort
  • An eye mask if you have one (optional)
  • Water to stay hydrated

Wear something loose and warm — your body temperature will drop as you rest.

No experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

About your guide

I'm Raheela — trauma-informed somatic coach, breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher. My work blends the science of nervous system regulation with heart-centred embodied practices — creating space for genuine rest and deeper connection with yourself.
