Join Mandala Artist, Patricia Fitzgerald of Healing Creations, Marlay Park Courtyard Studios, for this workshop which will introduce you to the artform of Mandala, a very ancient tool for creative inner healing. Mandalas are found across time and across cultures. They are archetypal images that allow us to access a clearer sense of ourselves, our blocks, and can point us in the direction in which we wish to go in life. Engaging with mandalas brings about a sense of calm and a clarity of thought. There is no need to be artistic to create a mandala, this is all about process. Patricia will explain a little of the philosophy and history of mandalas and how you can use them for personal growth and healing.
