Dublin! ✨ I am so excited to announce that I will be teaching two Techno Yoga sessions at @fade street on the 29th of October: 17:30 & 19:00! ?I’ve now been teaching in 4 different countries & look so forward to adding Ireland to my list…
Techno Yoga is an immersion of music therapy, yoga, art & embodiment. By using the vibrations of the music & the movements of a vinyasa flow we release tension & create space for us to explore. The mixed practices allow us to tap into both the simplicity & the complexity of what it means to be human.
Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, body type and sexuality ?
Ticket link is in bio!
Please be mindful of what ticket time you purchase: 17:30 or 19:00 ?
The doors open at 17 for the first class & 18:35 for the second. Please bring your own mat to the venue. There are no refunds on tickets, however you are welcome to use ticketswap in case you can’t make it.
Please communicate to the teacher any injuries and remember to listen to your own body during the practice. The class is for all levels of yoga, including beginners and advanced.
Karma Yoga is an important part of my yoga practice therefore some of the funds from each event go to different charity organizations, like Cry India, the Black Youth Project, Save the Children, various LGBTQ organizations and also local charities given the type of event.
I look forward to guiding you in this space! If you have any questions, please reach out to me ✨
