About this Event
Imagine waking up in the morning and putting on clothing that makes you feel alive and confident, and when you look at yourself in the mirror, the voice in your head is kind and celebrates you.
Then you arrive at school and you take the lead in speaking up first in class, sharing your unique ideas and curiosity; feeling secure to think and speak outside the box. Throughout your day you are able to ask yourself “What do I want to say yes to? What do I want to say no to? What do I want?”
You go home and are able to share your day with your family, set boundaries with love, and make requests. Going to sleep at night, you feel peace knowing you lived a full day in your integrity, making choices that were aligned with who you want to be and truly are; and if you make some mistakes, that’s ok too.
Led by Green Yogi studio owner, Nasiem Sanjideh, this program is created for you to connect to your feelings and develop leadership skills. Leadership shows up in the relationship to yourself, your community, and the choices you make. We will explore these relationships through yoga, meditation, and journaling.
After completing your first series, you will have the opportunity to join Nasiem in leading and teaching the following 6 week cohort! A great practice for your inner leader!

Sessions are held on Wednesdays from 4:30-6pm at Green Yogi Telegraph.
