Join us in a sacred safe container during the powerful Saggitarius Full Moon to heal your inner child and rediscover your wholeness. During our inner child healing meditation, you'll be gently guided to connect with, cherish, and embrace a younger version of yourself in need of love and care. Through visualization and compassion, we'll create a safe, loving space where you can meet and nurture your inner child. By offering them the love, reassurance, and understanding they deserve, you'll embark on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery, fostering a deep sense of connection and wholeness within yourself.

We will share shamanic & yogic techniques to clear, balance and restore our energies that support a deep state of meditation & relaxation. The sounds of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, CrystalTone Singing Bowl, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoo will also help us to experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility. The culmination of these healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to flow with transformation & change. I'm Holly, a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, dedicated to empowering individuals on their healing journeys. Since 2020, I've immersed myself in the world of health coaching, a path that has transformed my life and purpose.

My own healing journey began over six years ago when I felt lost and alone, battling negative self-talk, an eating disorder, and high anxiety. I used distractions like food, alcohol, and social media to avoid confronting my pain. It wasn't until I embraced holistic practices like meditation, mindfulness, and inner child work, along with nourishing foods and loving movement, that my healing truly began.

I chose to show up for myself, and through consistent self-care, I've turned my struggles into my life's purpose. I now help others do the same.

I understand the loneliness of struggling with health issues, but I also know that there's a way out. You can have a healthy relationship with yourself, your body, and food without restrictions.
