Inner Bloom is a nourishing 2-hour Sunday session designed to gently guide you back to yourself — your body, your breath, and your inner world.
This immersive experience weaves together chakra meditation over blue lotus tea, Vinyasa yoga, and a deeply restorative Gong Bath, creating space for reflection, release, and renewal.
This is your opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect in a calm, beautiful setting alongside like-minded people.
We begin with a grounding chakra meditation, supported by a warm cup of blue lotus tea.
Blue lotus has been used for centuries for its calming and heart-opening properties. It gently supports relaxation, enhances meditation, and encourages a sense of clarity and inner connection. When paired with chakra meditation, it helps you drop out of the busy mind and into the body, allowing energy to flow more freely and intentions to settle more deeply.

This opening ritual sets the tone for the rest of the session — slow, intentional, and nurturing.
From stillness, we move into a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice, linking breath and movement in a way that feels fluid and accessible.
This is not about performance or flexibility — it’s about listening to your body. The practice is designed to help release stored tension, awaken energy, and support a deeper connection between body and mind.

We close the session with a Gong Bath, allowing the body to fully rest and integrate.
The powerful yet soothing vibrations of the gong work on a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep rest. This is a chance to simply lie down, receive, and let go.

We are Cass and Mari, and we’ve been co-creating sessions together for some time now, blending movement, coaching, sound and energy work to support deep rest, embodiment, and inner connection.
Our shared intention is to create safe, grounding spaces where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Below is a little more about us…
Cass is a Reiki Master, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator based in London, supporting people in reconnecting with themselves through energy work, sound, and stillness. Her journey into holistic healing began during a challenging period in her own life, where Reiki became a powerful tool for emotional release, balance, and transformation — an experience that inspired her to learn and share these practices with others.
She has been working across various wellness studios throughout London, while also supporting her private clients one-to-one, offering tailored sessions that meet each person where they are. Cass’s work is deeply intuitive and heart-led, creating calm, nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reset their nervous system, and feel supported exactly as they are.
After more than 15 years in the music industry and two decades immersed in nightlife, Mariana completely reinvented herself, transforming a life of high energy into one of deep purpose. She's now a certified Yoga teacher, reformer pilates instructor and coach trained in neuroscience, transformational coaching and emotional intelligence, blending science and spirituality to help people reconnect with themselves and create lasting chnage. Through her classes and events, Mariana channels the same creativity, passion and drive from her music career into the world of wellbeing, building spaces that inspire awareness, mindfulness and genuine connection.
