Infidels Jazz Presents: François Houle/Bellbird @ Alliance Français Theatre

Clarinetist François Houle has been at the forefront of Canada's creative music scene for over 40 years. In 2025 he debuted his new François Houle 4et, featuring Noah Franche-Nolan on piano, James Meger on bass & Kenton Loewen on drums, to perform Houle's new original music for Jazz quartet.

Montreal-based Bellbird has been thrilling audiences all over Canada for the last three years, selling out from rooms from coast-to-coast. Featuring Vancouver's Eli Davidovici & Mili Hong, and Allison Burik & Claire Devlin, Bellbird is set to release their new album on Constellation Records very soon.

On January 23, these two shining examples of the current state of Canidian Contemporary Jazz will be sharing the stage for the first time, at the new Alliance Français Vancouver Theatre at 6161 Cambie.
