INERTIA, after quite a few roadblocks with its multiple debuts, is doubling down.We have combined the January edition to bring back Safe Word and Oneiric, since the snow and ice prevented the event from happening.
The initial lineup is still in play, and it's a milestone for Synth Etiquette's techno events in AVL. We have our first headliners coming in from Raleigh.
AND, we get to bring a night of fine techno selectors to you, on Valentine's Day.

Bio of our focal point for the night:
With a rich background as a seasoned vocalist, songwriter, bandleader, and radio host, Lex Nell seamlessly transitioned into the realm of DJing in 2019 after immersing herself in the vibrant NYC art-rock scene for over a decade. In 2021 she brought her unique sound to North Carolina.
Her DJ sets are a journey through the realms of complex rhythms, cerebral melodies, and soulful grooves, effortlessly traversing genres such as house, techno, bass, club, UKG and breaks. She's supported major touring acts like Audiojack & Spencer Brown and is currently a resident DJ at Durham's long-standing Dancegruv Radio. Lex is dedicated to curating unforgettable sonic experiences that transcend boundaries and captivate dancefloors.
