About this Event
This Valentine's, give yourself the gift of time to pause & reflect
What to expect: This is a nourishing opportunity for women who are dating to explore what self love means to you, the stories you tell yourself and what you can do to create a greater sense of inner peace and self compassion with yourself. Together we’ll create a safe space to share honestly and openly about our relationship with ourselves.
This event includes:
- A sharing circle
- Reconnecting with your inner wisdom
- Shedding the layers that no longer serve you
- Befriending the ego
- Self-awareness by dating yourself
- Validating your core needs
- Self-Care Rituals: Mind, Body and Spirit
- Setting boundaries to protect your energy
- Creative exercises
- Questions for private reflection
Self Acceptance is Radical in a world that bombards us with information on how we should live our lives, self acceptance is a radical act. Being kind to yourself, setting boundaries – these are not luxuries but necessities for you to stay well and happy. YOUR purpose becomes more clear when you know who you are and which is your path. That comes with healing, reconnecting and taking aligned action.
If you know being kind to yourself and putting your needs first is something you struggle with and you’re ready to start doing things differently then I’d love to see you at this workshop. In my experience, magic happens when like-minded souls gather.
