Through Open Floor Movement, Somatic Practices, and mindful inquiry, we’ll explore pathways to reconnect with our innate resilience. This workshop offers a compassionate space to honor your journey, rediscover your inner strength, and embrace the possibility of starting fresh.No matter where you find yourself in this moment, Begin Again is an opportunity to move forward—together.No prior experience is necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart.

All levels of experience welcome.

Ages 18 and up.

Stacey Butcher has been teaching movement all over the world for over many years. She is an Open Floor Movement Teacher and Trainer, a certified 5Rhythms teacher (trained by Gabrielle Roth), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Stacey has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 25 years and has studied with healers and teachers from around the world. Her teaching is infused with passion, deep presence and humor. She is an inspirational facilitator and is skilled at holding space for transformation.
