The history of Tampa's 1st African American Neighborhood boasts notes of rich culture and thriving black business. In honor of Tampa's continued commitment to inclusion and diversity, we invite you to reignite the legacy of Central Ave as we host our Inaugural B.I.G Festival. Shop over 100 small black businesses in the heart of the SCRUB. Enjoy the day with food trucks, live performances, kid zone, black artist showcase and more.
