Join us for a very gay bookstore crawl across Seattle to celebrate Independent Bookstore Day 2026! We're visiting three bookstores in Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square - visit at least 5 bookstores for a 25% off coupon. Learn more here.
Here's the plan:
10:00 am - Meet at Ada's Technical Books & Cafe for coffee & book browsing (don't forget to pick up your passport!)
(walk to Elliott Bay Books, ~15 mins)
11:00 am - Elliott Bay Book Company: beloved bookstore in the heart of Cap Hill
(walk to Cap Hill Lightrail station, ride to Pioneer Square station, walk to Arundel Books)
12:00 pm - Arundel Books: used & new books in a historic building
1:00 pm - This is where the group event ends. Choose your next two (or more!) bookstores! Here are a few we recommmend:

- We will be walking and taking public transit from bookstore to bookstore.
- You're welcome to join us for all or part of the day–choose your own adventure!
- This is a group adventure, but club members are responsible as individuals for keeping track of the schedule, for their own transportation between bookstores, and ultimately for their own experience on this trip. Have fun! Buy lots of books!
