The yogic diet is lacto-vegetarian, consisting of pure, simple, natural foods which are easily digested and promote health. Simple meals aid the digestion and assimilation of food. Eating the freshest, best-quality foods from the top of the food chain will ensure the best supply of our essential nutritional needs. By eating smart, attain a high standard of health, keen intellect and serenity of mind.
Jothi is a nurse—and a natural cook. Learn from her ease in the kitchen and knowledge of nutrition. (We invite her to cook for us as often as we can.)
