About this Event
Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month with the creators of moji masala and Fairway of 74th Street's Culinary Kitchen!
The product moji masala® was born because the creators JD and Shireen were determined to make the Indian food they craved quickly and easily. They began the mission of developing single-serving spice packets with simplified recipes.
Participants will be preparing three main dishes as well as accompaniments like cucumber raita, radish chutney, and naan. Our house wine will be served during the evening for those to enjoy, if they choose.
Every participant will receive a package of moji masala and naan to take home and enjoy later.
Each ticket purchase gives back! We have partnered with City Harvest's Share Lunch, Fight Hunger initiative and each ticket sold gives back 58 meals for local students in need!
