• Nina Oduro is Ghanaian-American and has over 15 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator with a background in international development. Previously, she served as the Leadership and Training Advisor for IREX, a global education and development NGO, and Trainer and Learning Consultant at Microsoft. She has designed and facilitated trainings as well as produced reports and insights for organizations like the James Beard Foundation and Facebook with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. She has coached trainers and supported design and delivery of trainings for adults and youth globally with governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations. 

• Jessica Lane has over 15 years of experience in the education and international development fields, specializing in leadership development, instructional design, conflict resolution, and DEIA. She has trained over 1,600 community leaders from 90+ countries for IREX, the U.S. Agency for International Development, FHI 360, Making Cents International, the National Council on U.S.-China Relations, New Energy Nexus, and more . Jessica has her MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, a DEI certificate from ECornell, is certified in Mental Health First Aid, and is an intergroup dialogue trainer with the Sustained Dialogue Institute.
