Welcome to the Inclusive Leader Collective!

Our Inclusive Leader Collective is our group coaching programme which connects you with other forward-thinking leaders from a range of industries, creating a safe and unique space to share insights, challenge perspectives, and build accountability for inclusion.

By the end of this programme you will:

Transform how you lead by harnessing inclusion at every level.
Lead with inclusion as a core value and create true impact in your organisation and beyond.
Connect with fellow leaders committed to inclusion, collectively growing in a supportive and safe environment designed to foster lasting and impactful change.
Foster the empathy, awareness, and practical strategies you need to lead a diverse team where everyone can thrive.
Lead the change you want to see and build a culture of belonging that extends beyond your team and influences your entire organisation.

Session 1 - 7th March 2025 (9 am to 12 noon BST)

Session 2 - 28th March 2025 (9 am to 12 noon BST)

Session 3 - 9th May (9 am to 12 noon GMT)

Close out session - 30th May (9 am to 10 am GMT)

Fee:

£1,000 plus VAT early bird discount rate (for sign-up before 17th January 2025).

£1,500 plus VAT (for sign-up from 18th January (deadline for sign-up 10th February 2025).
