Transform Trust Leadership Summit 2025

You are warmly invited to join us for our yearly online leadership event; designed to create time and space for learning and reflection. Connect with us to explore the leadership choices we can make to be at our best more of the time. This year’s focus is on “Leading Ourselves, Leading Others: Leader Wellbeing”.

You will enjoy a morning of input from experts, structured conversation and activity; providing you with a collective pause-point in the busyness of the term.

In response to ‘a request for more’ following the Transform INSET Day, we welcome new input from Dr. Helen Garr and Dr Maddi Papoola - both engaging and knowledgeable experts in health and psychology with a deep commitment to supporting leaders in the public sector.

The Transform Leadership Summit is hosted online using zoom but we encourage you to join the session in a shared physical space with colleagues – this might be your work team, your support team or as a wider network.

Consider carefully who it would be most valuable to engage in this conversation; where the best environment would be and what you need to allow you to get the most from our morning together.

We host this session online to give greater flexibility and accessibility to those working in schools. The format allows teams to engage in a way that suits them best and means we can make recordings for the benefit of wider staff.

This event is free to all Transform staff. You will get ONE log in per team.

For delegates outside of Transform, there is just one fixed cost for a team. This provides one login allowing the whole team to join together.
