This masterclass is designed for clubs and coaches looking to expand their skills in creating an inclusive environment. Please note that there will no longer be a certificate issued upon completion. Instead, the session will focus on:•Building confidence in fostering inclusivity within your teams.
•Understanding the value of inclusion as a best practice in coaching.
•Learning to differentiate coaching techniques to meet the needs of all players.
•Gaining insights into recruiting players with disabilities and understanding the role of the Melbourne All Abilities Cricket Association (MAACA).

•A Cricket Bat if you have one, a Blasters bat is great, or one will be provided.
