High performing teams are comfortable giving and receiving feedback for improvement. The ability to recognise when people are performing well, and offering praise and recognition, builds a positive workplace culture. Identifying behaviours that could change and offering improvement feedback helps teams continually improve and innovate.
This session will provide participants with tools to initiate feedback conversations and understand how to manage challenges that may arise.
