Cultural Intelligence is about navigating the complexity of culture. Lego Serious Play is a creative way to tap into our potential to keep doing that well.

Who Should Attend?
Whether you are in business, education, or the NHS, we all work in diverse, complex, international environments. But what skills enable us to be inclusive and effective in our multicultural, international organisations?
Rigorous academic research demonstrates that building Cultural Intelligence enhances global effectiveness and inclusion.
People with high levels of CQ™ are better equipped to build rapport, and trust, and communicate effectively when working across cultures. There are four key capabilities. Discover how to keep building yours:
- CQ™ Drive
- CQ™ Knowledge
- CQ™ Strategy
- CQ™ Action

- Explore what inclusion means to you and how CQ™ is key to ensuring inclusion.
“I enjoyed the opportunity to participate in the training. It allowed me to stop, breathe, and reflect. The workshop, particularly the Lego aspect, helped me reflect on my impressions of myself and how others work and perceive things. Since the workshop, I have consciously reflected on my communication before executing it personally and professionally.”
Lisa Collett, International Education Consultant
