We have a day of inspiring of speakers and interactive workshops designed to help organisations build more inclusive and diverse workplaces.
We are delighted to be joined by guest speakers Dr Lucy Renolds & James Carss, experts in disability inclusion and inspirations to young people in their transition to employment and entrepreneurship.
Hear directly from young people with lived experience, including award-winning Disability Awareness Training delivered by Hedley’s College students and powerful insights on supporting neurodiversity from ESPA College.
Over lunch, a unique reverse jobs fair will showcase the talents of young people with disabilities—highlighting their skills, potential, and how meaningful work experience can shape their future aspirations.
