The Indioz Bravoz Travelling Exhibition is a showcase of contemporary Filipino-Canadian artists from across Canada. Following our inaugural stop in Montreal, we are thrilled to bring this vibrant exhibition to Vancouver. The Vancouver event will feature a dynamic array of local YVR artists alongside talents from Calgary and Montreal, celebrating the diversity and creativity within the Filipino-Canadian community.

September 21: Mixer & Art Exhibit Kickoff
Time: 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Join us for an exciting evening as we kick off The Indioz Bravoz Tour in Vancouver at the VS Creative Lab. This FREE mixer is your chance to meet the artists, engage in a lively Q&A session, and enjoy an evening filled with music from local talent Julie Rae and DJ Tender Beef. Don’t miss out on this vibrant social event—please register in advance to secure your spot! Our exhibit will be on display at VS. Creative Lab from September 21-30, 2024.
September 22: Workshops & Screening
Time: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Dive deeper into the creative process with our two-part workshop series. The day starts with a **Baybayin Workshop** led by Mara Cortez, where you'll explore this traditional Filipino script. Following that, Harvey Nichol will guide you through an **LED Neon Workshop**, helping you transform your Baybayin creations into glowing LED Neon Signs. To cap off the day, we’ll be screening the film *Aklas*.
Ticket Price: $75 for both workshops and the film screening.
