Expression can take many forms: a poem, a story, a song, a drawing, movement, or simply listening. What comes isnβt chosen in advance, but arises in response to the moment.
The evening begins with a seed: a shared piece. From there, we listen to the resonances in us and offer whatever wants to emerge. Allowing a conversation to unfold through art, shaped by the presence of everyone in the room.
Youβre welcome to share, but thereβs no expectation. Come as you are, with your notebook of poems, a pocket full of stories or songs, or simply an open curious heart and see what happens.
No scripts. No pressure. Just what wants to be expressed, here and now.
