And look where that's got us: mental health issues at an all-time high, people are deeply unhappy with their work, their lives, their relationships.In this interactive workshop, we will show you what intuition actually is. It's not magic or woo-woo, but a biological signal your body sends before your brain edits it into something more acceptable. You'll understand why you override it, how to recognize it and how to start trusting it again.

- A clear way to tell the difference between your intuition and your anxiety.
- One practical tool you can use immediately to hear your body's signals before your mind edits them.

Ioana Vieru is an Intuition Coach and speaker based in Rotterdam. She works with people who are successful on paper but unfulfilled. She helps them to stop identifying with their performance and start living as who they really are.
