Join us as Claire shines a spotlight on the weird, the wonderful, and the wildly useful: those under-appreciated condiments and oddball staples that have the power to turn good dishes into unforgettable ones. From obscure ferments to punchy sauces, from niche seasonings to unexpected sweeteners, Claire will show how unsung heroes can unlock new flavours, rescue bland meals, and spark creativity in your everyday cooking.
This interactive session comes with an open invitation: Guests are encouraged to bring one “strange” or surprising pantry must-have from home—that ingredient you adore but others might raise an eyebrow at. Claire will discuss these curiosities, sharing pairing ideas, usage tips, and the stories behind some of her own treasured oddities.
Ticket includes welcome drink and multiple courses.
