About this Event
Yanet Ralls and Tisse Mallon are coming together for a unique collaboration, bringing intentional movement and live sound into the same shared space. As you move through a slow, steady yoga flow, crystal bowls will be played live in the room, responding to the energy and rhythm of the practice.
After movement, you’ll settle into stillness and receive a longer sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the bowls to move through you and help your nervous system unwind. This is an experience meant to be felt rather than rushed. It's your invitation to pause, listen inward, and begin the year from a more grounded place.
