Transactional Analysis (TA) is one of the clearest, most usable psychological frameworks for understanding what happens between people, and what happens within us. In this online TA101, you will learn the core concepts of TA in a way that is practical, relational, and immediately applicable, whether you are a therapist-in-training, a practitioner from another modality, a coach, a manager, or simply someone who wants sharper language for human behaviour.

This TA101 is open to everyone, including people exploring a career change into counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, HR, leadership, education, healthcare, or other helping professions.
