We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming in-person Job Fair hosted by WorkBC Centres - Guildford, Newton and Whalley - at Guildford Library on May 4th, 1:00 - 4:00 pm.
All employers must commit to being at the event from start to finish out of respect for every attendee.
This job fair will bring together multi-sector employers who are actively looking to hire the right talent.
This FREE event is an excellent opportunity for employers from a variety of labour market sectors to meet motivated job seekers and screen potential candidates. As in previous job fairs, we expect plenty of talented job seekers from Surrey and across the Lower Mainland to attend this event.

Event Details
- Date: May 4th, 2026 (Monday)
- Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Venue: Guildford Library, 15105 105 Ave, Surrey, BC V3R 7G8
- Parking: Free parking at the Library/Community Centre/Swimming Pool area by sending your plate number to .
- Please note that parking spaces are limited at the Library/Community Centre/Swimming Pool area. Although there is a parkade available, near the swimming pool, it's regular occupancy is uncertain.
- Parking at Guildford Mall must be paid by the owner of the vehicle to avoid a ticket.
- Please arrive by 1:00 pm to set up your booth on time
- We open doors to the public at 1:30 pm and close at 3:30 pm ON POINT
-Every job seeker attending the job fair must select a specific time slot while getting registered to gain access on the day of the event and avoid long line ups. (1:30 - 2:10pm, 2:10-2:50pm, 2:50-3:30pm)
-All employers must be at every time slot.
- We highly recommend that employers have ideally 2- 3 representatives to field inquiries by job seekers.
- Once we close the doors we can start disassembling the booths, from 3:30pm to 4:00 pm.
NOTE: If an employer representative needs to leave earlier due to an emergency, it’s essential that at least one other representative attends the booth to properly represent your business and respect every attendee looking for you.

HOW TO GET PROPERLY REGISTERED?
ONLY ONE REGISTRATION PER EMPLOYER IS NEEDED
a) During your Eventbrite Registration, you will be asked to provide the following information to complete your registration:
- Your company info for promotional materials (Official company/business/organization name and company summary in third person)
- What position titles and how many of each are you looking to hire? (i.e. Production Worker – 12 vacancies)
- Would you require access to electrical power for your table / booth setup? If yes, please remember to bring your own extension cords.
b) After your Eventbrite Registration:
- For marketing purposes, please send your company logo in RGB color with a transparent background (eps, pdf, or png format) by email TO:

EMPLOYER INVOLVEMENT
• Just one booth per employer is allowed
• It is recommended that employers have ideally 3, or at least 2, representatives to field inquiries by job seekers
• A standard table (6 x 2.5 ft approx.) and two chairs will be provided to each employer
• Please bring your own SWAG and own tablecloth
• Tables are First Come - First Served
• Retractable banners up to size 33'x80' are permitted
