[IN PERSON] Exploring Your Future Timelines (Group Hypnosis Workshop)

Possibilities for your life stretch out in front of you - divergent sequences of choices leading you to different experiences and outcomes.

It’s easy to get lost in the day to day (to... day... to... day.......) experience of living, slipping in and out of daydreams as a temporary means of escape. We forget that any potential future you can dream up, is only a series of decisions away from your current reality.

In this workshop, we use that fact to our advantage. Using the power of hypnosis, we’ll take a quick journey to the Potentials space, which holds the blueprint of timelines available to you at any given moment. Consider this a recon mission into your own personal future.

If what you find intrigues you, (and I suspect it will), we’ll close with my favorite way to energetically align with that future, allowing the magic of synchronicities to lead you, step by step, choice by choice, into the future of your choice.

I open each workshop with a quick introduction to this month's theme. I'll run through some need-to-know things about hypnosis, then will open the floor for any questions.

Once everyone is present, settled, and comfortable, I'll lead you through a guided meditation designed to help you reach the brainwave states at which your conscious mind fully relaxes, allowing your subconscious to step forward. While in this deep state of relaxation, we'll explore this month's theme through a vibrant, immersive experience powered by your imagination.

We'll end with a reflection exercise, designed to tease out the lessons, guidance, and reflections that can be applied in your current life and help you show up as the truest expression of your beautiful, vibrant soul.

Reaching this deep state of relaxation - also known as the Alpha brainwave state - is much easier than you think!

In fact, you spend time in Alpha - our target in sessions like these - several times a day. You're in Alpha whenever you "zone out", like when driving a familiar route, lost in thought, reading a book (and forgetting what you just read), or when watching TV.

It doesn't matter if you're a master meditator or a complete novice, your brain is very familiar with this state of mind, and will have no trouble getting you there.

Deeply, deeply relaxing.

People report a curious in-between feeling - part of you is aware that you're taking part in the experience, while another part of you feels far, far away.

Your body can begin feel very, very heavy - you can move if you really wanted to, but honestly, it's such a nice feeling to just let yourself melt into the floor.
