About this Event
At this special ‘Energise Your 2026 Intentions’ New Year event you will learn powerful yet gentle qigong practices to assist with refreshing your mind and body and finding your centre to create your year from a place of stillness and balance.

Tea has long been associated with meditation and there will be the chance to reflect and set your 2026 intentions at the calming, meditative tea ceremony with ceremonial grade matcha green tea. Chamomile tea will also be available.

Please note that the movements are gentle and it isn’t necessary to be physically flexible to attend. This event is suitable for you whether you are new to qigong and meditation or you have more experience with them.

The event will commence at 4pm and finish at 5.30pm.
The event is taking place in London at the Life Centre Notting Hill which is a relaxing sanctuary for well-being. It is a 4 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate underground station. Notting Hill Gate is served by the Central, District and Circle Lines. Notting Hill Gate underground station is 2 minutes from High Street Kensington on the Circle Line and 7 minutes from Oxford Circus on the Central Line.
