In this highly interactive cheese-making class, you’ll learn how to transform fresh cheese curds into silky, pillowy mozzarella using simple, real-world techniques. From heating and stretching to shaping and seasoning, Chef Cassandra will guide you through each step with confidence and ease.
Stretch & Season Fresh Mozzarella:
Once your mozzarella is perfectly stretched, you’ll customize it with a variety of flavorful additions such as herbs, citrus zest, chili flakes, or olive oil. You’ll then use your fresh cheese in simple, versatile dishes that are easy to recreate at home. This class is designed to be hands-on, practical, and deeply satisfying from start to finish.

Our classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed for all comfort levels. Your station will be fully prepped with ingredients and equipment so you can focus on learning, experimenting, and enjoying the process.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other guests in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
