Welcome to In My Body – An Intuitive Dance Experience for Mothers

Join us at YogaHub for an evening of gentle release, connection, and presence through the wisdom of your body.

This is not about choreography, performance, or “getting it right.”It’s about letting go, tuning in, and moving from within.

We’ll begin with grounding practices ; breath, gentle stretches, and mindful movement and slowly ease into intuitive, eyes-closed free-form dance. A space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where your body can exhale. Where you can be held, just as you are.

Hi, I’m Elif , mum of 2 living in East Sheen. I'm a doula, holistic wellness coach, and mind-body practitioner. I’m also the founder of Motherroot Coaching, where I guide mothers through the deep, powerful transitions of birth and postpartum.

My work is rooted in the belief that wellness isn’t just about “bouncing back” or losing weight ; true healing begins when we root down first. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and approaching wellbeing from the inside out — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I’m here to help you feel strong, resourced, and grounded not through pressure or perfection, but through presence, self-awareness, and sustainable practices that honour the whole woman.
