Together, they’ll reflect on their shared love of cold-water swimming, finding comfort in the uncomfortable, and the courage it takes to embrace career change and new challenges. From endurance sport to creativity and connection with nature, expect honest insight, warmth and thoughtful discussion.

Louise and Anna’s books will be available to purchase on the night.

Tickets are £15 per person, including refreshments, with all proceeds supporting the vital work of Fife Women’s Aid.
