Oh yeah. We’ve all had that job.
The one that made you question your life choices. The one that had you rage-texting your friends from the bathroom. The one where you sit in your car after work thinking, “ . . . I cannot go back in there.”
This month at In a Nutshell, we’re telling those stories.
"Take This Job and #$%!" is a night of true, personal storytelling about bad jobs, worse bosses, questionable life decisions, and the moments that pushed us right to the edge (and sometimes over it).
It’s cathartic. It’s ridiculous. It’s painfully relatable. And yes, you’re going to laugh.
🎤 The Storytellers:
🎥Jessica Robinson
Working in film in NYC should be glamorous . . . right? Unless you’re dealing with egos, chaos, and the reality of what it actually takes to “make it.”
📬Corey Rosen
Getting fired from the Post Office might sound like rock bottom, until Burger King enters the chat and changes everything.
💵Gloria Jones
A “promising startup” job turns into a wild ride involving guns, shoplifters, and counterfeit cash. Totally normal workplace stuff.
💩Claire Hennessy
The job you swore you’d never take becomes . . . kind of great? Until a new boss arrives and ruins absolutely everything.
🦷Mike Kornblatt
A dentist walks into a storytelling show . . . and let’s just say: even dentistry has its breaking points.
🍗Hosted by Keith Lowell Jensen
