You have been assigned a specific arrival time. Please arrive promptly. Late arrivals will result in reduced time in front of the camera.

Please plan your route in advance. The studio is located at the corner of Chimney Rock and W. Bellfort in an off-white, two-story building with green accents (resembling an older hotel).

Upon arrival:

• Proceed to the second floor (west side)
• Enter through the green French doors

To maintain a professional and efficient environment:

• Adults: Please attend alone
• Minors: One parent/guardian permitted
• No additional guests, friends, or extended family members will be allowed

• Bring 4 outfit options (2 will be selected)
• Clothing must be clean, pressed, and wrinkle-free
• Opt for solid colors (a mix of light and dark tones)
• Avoid busy patterns, large prints, or excessive ruffles
• Layers such as jackets or hoodies are encouraged

Additional Notes:

• Shoes will not be visible (headshots are close-up)
• Females: Please wear a nude, seamless bra matching your skin tone (no lace or texture)

• Arrive with clean, dry hair
• Style your hair as you would typically wear it for castings/auditions
• Light styling and adjustments will be provided on-site

Please note:
This is not a full salon service. Major transformations (e.g., curly to fully straightened hair) cannot be accommodated due to time constraints.

• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face
• Ensure all previous makeup (especially eye makeup) is fully removed
• You may apply your regular moisturizer and skincare
• Avoid primers and sunscreen (SPF within moisturizer is acceptable)
• Do not apply self-tanner prior to your session

• Nails should be clean and manicured with clear or nude polish only
• Eyebrows should be neatly groomed in advance
• Do not wax facial hair the week of your shoot, as it can affect makeup application

Please review directions and plan accordingly. The photography team will be fully engaged during sessions and unavailable for calls regarding directions.
