Impulses.
Dancing with the Impulse of Movement: How to resonate with our impulses? How to recognize this inner force, sometimes subtle, sometimes impetuous, that sets the body in motion even before thought intervenes?
Explore the birth of gesture, that fragile moment when a movement comes to life, unfolds, and transforms. Welcome the impulses of the body, the heart, the breath… follow them, listen to them, let them guide us in the dance.
In this space, inspiration becomes movement, and movement becomes language. Let what seeks expression emerge, without judgment, without control, simply trusting in what arises.
This workshop is an invitation to experience dance as a place of living exploration—a sensitive laboratory where presence, listening, and creativity converge. Take the risk of the first step… and let the impulse carry you.
This workshop is for people who already have some experience with free dance. It counts as a prerequisite in the 5Rhythms® dance teacher training for 1 day of Wave®and 1 day of Heartbeat®.
Marc Silvestre is an accredited 5Rhythms Wave® and Heartbeat® level instructor and certified coach. Dance: After years of practicing martial arts, Marc began dancing in 1995. He participated in numerous contemporary dance performances. In 2002, hediscovered 5Rhythms. In 2010-11, he trained with Gabrielle Roth and her team in the United States. Since then, he has offered classes and workshops in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Lithuania, and other countries. Coaching: As a certified professional coach, Marc offers individual and corporate coaching through movement and body awareness.

Workshop price: 210€ /175€ early booking before the 27 May 2026.
Friday evening: 25€.
