Through Improv games that foster bonds, understanding and laughter, you will make creative connections. Say YES to a new experience AND you will leave smiling. Radhika brings over 10 years of using improv to battle loneliness and to create more empathetic and connected communities. Open to 18 years and up. Wear comfortable clothes that enable you to move, No prior Improv experience necessary. Instructor adapts to your accessibility needs.
Radhika Rao is a bilingual theater and improv artist, and communications coach based in San Francisco,She is a cast member in the Improv Duo “Gamesome Frolic” and Bollywood Inspired Troupe- "Kuch Kuch Bollywood" She was also featured in the web series "Hiraeth" and "Strings Attached” available on Prime Video. She performs her solo show “Not Therapy” regularly- a show that brings audience and performers together in healing outside therapy rooms, through stories, games and laughter. Radhika is passionate about using theater to build community and create spaces of empathic and dynamic dialogue. She is a regular improv instructor at Leela Improv and '222.place’, Stagebridge, and touring teacher for Countdown Improv (FL) and XL Fest (PA).
