About the talk: In conjunction with the Legion of Honor's Manet & Morisot exhibition, this talk will introduce how ceramics were integral to the formation, experimentation, and realization of the Impressionist movement. The painters include Renoir, Pissarro, Degas, Cassatt, Marie and Félix Bracquemond, and at a later stage Gauguin and Toulouse-Lautrec.
