About this Event
Ever feel like you're just faking it, and one wrong move away from being “found out”? That’s imposter syndrome talking, and it’s a liar. How would it feel to know that you're not alone, and almost everyone struggles with it? Better yet, how would it feel to break free from imposter syndrome completely?
In this raw and honest session, we’ll unpack where imposter syndromecome from, why it shows up (especially for high-achievers and heart-led leaders), and how to stop letting self-doubt take the wheel.
Together we’ll:🧠 Define what imposter syndrome really is (and what it’s not)💬 Share tools to help reframe negative self-talk and rewrite your internal narrative🧡 Open up with real stories, shared strategies, and reminders you’re not alone
This is a space to feel seen, supported, and a little more sure of your place in the room. Let's remind your brain that you're exactly where you belong.
Imposter Syndrome: How to Shut Down the Self-Doubt is hosted by Kindred, a Seattle-based collective of community leaders and small business owners. Membership with Kindred is free, but not required to attend our events.
