Member Connections Event at Austin Creative Reuse

Join us for a meaningful Member Connections volunteer event at Austin Creative Reuse as we celebrate April’s national themes of Earth Month and Volunteer Appreciation.

We’ll be volunteering at the ACR Center (2005 Wheless Lane) on Wednesday April 29 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. This is a great opportunity to support sustainability efforts while connecting with fellow members.

Impact Austin awarded Austin Creative Reuse a 2023 grant recipient for the Materials Mobile project—a mobile pop-up where K-12 educators can access new and gently used classroom supplies at little to no cost. While volunteering, we’ll help sort donated materials in support of sustainability efforts.

After volunteering, we plan to meet for lunch close by at Little Deli & Pizzeria on Briarcliff, a short walk from ACR (1804 Briarcliff Blvd). You are welcome to join us just for lunch!
