About this Event
It's time your clothes changed with you! If you've ever had to discard a garment because it was too long, this workshop is for you! Participants will learn how to cut their garments to length and create a neat and finished hem. This workshop will focus on pants and woven shirts and dresses.
If you're unsure whether your garment works for this workshop, send a message to kayci@scrap-sforg
And if you can, please bring your own machine!
We are hoping to make "Immortal Clothes" a series of workshops focused on revitalizing our existing garments to keep them around for years to come. So stay tuned for more!
Sewing machine knowledge or having taken the "Immortal Clothes: Intro to Sewing" workshop is required.
Please note we have a sliding scale for tickets for this event! The break down is as follows:
General Admission #1: Covers the cost of workshop and materials
General Admission #2: Covers cost of workshop, materials, and supports the instructor
General Admission #3: Covers cost of workshop, materials, supports the instructor, and helps keep our workshops more accessible
