About this Event
In collaboration with The Free Library of Philadelphia, the Launch Event is on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
The program brings together community members, artists, advocates, and civic leaders to explore how immigrant heritage comes to life through art, festivals, parades, and neighborhood traditions.
Attendees are welcome to move between sessions throughout the morning and early afternoon. This event is free and open to everyone.

Valerie Gay, Executive Director of Creative Philadelphia, will moderate a panel of community and government leaders in conversation about how immigrant heritage is celebrated across Philadelphia’s cultural landscape.
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Resource Tabling Fair
Heim Center, First Floor
Meet and connect with local organizations offering resources, services, and support for immigrant communities.
Note: The resource fair overlaps with the panel discussion and workshops. Attendees are encouraged to visit throughout the event.
